About Frank

Frank J. Bertuca is an aggressive litigator with numerous trial and appellate victories. He joined Katz Friedman as a workers' compensation attorney in 1999. He represents injured workers in various industries and speaks to unions and professional organizations. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced work injury law and pension litigation. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1991 and graduated cum laude from Illinois State University in 1988 with a major in economics. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers, a Top Attorney by Leading Lawyers, and by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
