Stanley Eisenstein

Stanley Eisenstein had an illustrious 50-year career at Katz Friedman. He handled hundreds of NLRB complaints for labor union clients and was a primary litigator for the UAW against Caterpillar Corp. He successfully handled individual discrimination cases, including a major jury verdict against United Airlines. He authored "Overview of Fair Labor Standards Act as it Applies to Public Employment" and numerous labor and employment law articles.
