Glen Shikunov

About Glen

Mr. Shikunov is the chair of the firm’s Appellate and Insurance Coverage Unit, focusing his practice in the areas of appellate advocacy, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Shikunov has regularly argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Superior Court both as appellate counsel and as amicus curiae on behalf of trade organizations and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. As insurance coverage counsel on behalf of insurers, Mr. Shikunov has litigated hundreds of declaratory judgment actions focusing on insurance coverage issues, many of which involved matters of first impression. He also regularly presents seminars on novel litigation and appellate issues associated with the insurance industry and serves as a mediator and arbitrator in Philadelphia. Prior to joining McCormick & Priore, P.C., Mr. Shikunov was an Assistant District Attorney at the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
