From 1990-1992, Mr. Cella served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John T.J. Kelly, Jr., in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Since then, he has devoted his career to civil defense litigation. Mr. Cella has participated in lectures and seminars on various topics including MIST defense, premises liability, uninsured and underinsured arbitrations and coverage issues. His current practice areas include automobile related litigation, premises liability and insurance coverage.
