About Jason
Mr. Dawson has been a successful trial attorney for nearly 25 years, handling high-stakes litigation across the nation. He has over 100 victories in administrative, public agency, jury, and bench trials, and has successfully argued appeals in multiple states, including the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal. He represents individuals, families, and class action participants in mass tort/product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, wildfire recovery, commercial trucking, and public entity claims, as well as employment matters. Mr. Dawson received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was named Best Oral Advocate. He is admitted to the California Bar, the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
