Jess represents clients in construction, personal injury, and tort suits. Prior to joining McCollum Crowley, Jess was the judicial law clerk for a district count judge in Mankato, Minnesota. There, Jess was exposed to all areas of law and, more importantly, recognized what judges expect from professional and skilled attorneys. Jess was raised in both Colorado and Minnesota, but has also lived in Rhode Island, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Georgia.
