Partner John D. Tower focuses on Civil Litigation and Municipal Law. He served as New Milford’s Town Attorney from 2015-2017 and Assistant Town Attorney from 2003-2015. He handles complex cases involving construction, contract, property, business, partnership, trust, and estate disputes. Attorney Tower is known for his rigorous research, preparation, and ability to connect with people. He won a Distinguished Leader award from the Connecticut Law Tribune in 2017 and is included in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation - Municipal and Municipal Law. He has been a Partner since January 2000, joining the firm in 1994 after serving as an attorney for the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
