About Johnny
Johnny J. Evans, a partner at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., grew up in Walterboro, SC. He graduated from The Citadel in 1993 and earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2015. He focuses on criminal defense, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a law enforcement officer handling a wide range of cases. He also serves as a municipal prosecutor for the Town of Moncks Corner and instructs law enforcement on DUI enforcement and courtroom testimony. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Summerville Orchestra and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023 and 2024.
