K. Dalton Clifton grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, and earned his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of South Carolina - Beaufort. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, he clerked for Judge Michael Holt in the 4th Circuit. He previously focused on personal injury and construction law before joining Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., in July 2024 as an associate in the firm’s construction practice group.
