Mr. Lapper’s practice areas are primarily Corporate & Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Real Property Law (including real estate financing), and Zoning & Land Use Planning. Born in Bethpage, New York in 1960, he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986, Massachusetts State Bar in 1985, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1986. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1982 and his J.D. from Boston University in 1985. He also attended the London Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Lapper moved his law practice to the firm in 1998 and has been a principal since 1999. He was Special Counsel, Town of Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals (1994-1997). He is a member of the Board of Directors, Queensbury Economic Development Corporation (1999-) and the Prospect Child and Family Center. He is a member of the Warren County (Director, 1994-1996), New York State, and American Bar Associations.
