About Joseph
Mr. Ross focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including first- and third-party insurance coverage, bad faith, personal injury, construction defects, and motor vehicle accidents. He has represented insurers, professionals, business owners, and contractors in matters involving policy interpretation, risk transfer, malpractice, and appellate issues. His litigation experience spans both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before entering private practice, Mr. Ross worked for the State of New Jersey as a regulatory officer, open records custodian, and liaison to the State Ethics Commission. He previously clerked for the Hon. Gregory H. Chelak and the Hon. Joseph F. Kameen in Pennsylvania’s Pike County Court of Common Pleas. During law school, Mr. Ross worked full-time as a litigation paralegal and served on the board of the Student Bar Association.
