About Karen
Ms. Albence is an 18-year veteran in personal injury cases, successfully handling premises liability, product defects, maritime cases, and sexual harassment in the workplace. She won Consumer Attorney of the Year in 2022 for a sexual harassment case. Her practice extends throughout California and Hawaii, representing hundreds of injured plaintiffs in state and federal courts against entities, individuals, and government agencies for catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. She is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts in California, California Court of Appeals, multiple federal jurisdictions, and the courts in Hawaii.
