About Kristin
Kristin Westphal is a seasoned trial attorney with decades of experience in complex, high-stakes mass tort litigation. She is known for her litigation skills and compassionate client advocacy, fighting against corporate negligence. She has been named a top U.S. litigator twice and led trial teams in business and commercial litigation. Kristin is also a military spouse and a passionate advocate for military families. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law, where she was a Dean’s List honoree, Faculty Merit Scholar, and Best Oral Advocate in Moot Court. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism from the University of Arizona.
