About Kylie
Ms. Griffith is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Insurance Coverage Unit where she handles complex litigation associated with insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and personal injury disputes at both the trial and appellate level. During law school, Ms. Griffith was a member of the Art Law Society and completed an externship with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. In addition, Ms. Griffith participated in the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic at Villanova; as a student attorney, she worked with immigrant farmworkers and their families in deportation defense matters, which included visa applications for immigrant youths and victims of serious crimes. Prior to joining McCormick & Priore, P.C., Ms. Griffith served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael E. Erdos in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During her clerkship, she assisted Judge Erdos by researching and analyzing legal issues and drafting legal opinions.
