About Lance

Lance C. Rudzinski is a Partner/Shareholder of RTRLAW and the Managing Partner of the Personal Injury Litigation Department. He is admitted to both the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Texas. Prior to RTRLAW, he practiced with a top-10 litigation firm in Florida, handling various litigation aspects including automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He leads RTRLAW’s litigation department, representing clients vigorously against insurance companies. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies with a Spanish minor from Kent State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. He received the highest score in "Trial Advocacy" and was an active member of ATLA and Nova Law Review. He is a top-rated lawyer, selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Committee for three consecutive years, and a member of The National Association of Distinguished Counsel in 2023.
