Jessica joined Etehad Law in 2022 after spending the majority of her professional career as a bodily injury claims adjuster for two highly reputable insurance companies. Since her arrival, Jessica has developed into a strong leader, savvy case manager, and exceptional teammate. Given her ample experience, Jessica manages personal injury cases involving commercial policies and catastrophic injuries. Most notably, Jessica helped a motorcyclist in dire need of medical attention with the help he needed along with assisting the litigation team in securing a six-figure settlement mere months after he became our client. Jessica is a dedicated mother of two with a husband who has served in the United States Navy for close to two decades. Raymond Sotomayor is Senior Attorney in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice. Ray specializes in representing injured individuals in a variety of circumstances including automobile accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death matters. He has tried numerous cases in Florida and New York over the past two decades and continues to work closely with his clients in order to foster complete and open communication. He considers it an honor to represent the injured and is tireless in his pursuit to earn that trust, every day. Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Ray served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York and Florida at the felony level and has also litigated matters for several large multi-national insurance companies as in-house counsel. Ray graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Physiology. He completed his J.D. at Hofstra University.

Stephanie C. Cura

Attorney Stephanie C. Cura was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University, magna cum laude. She went on to earn her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, she was an editor on the St. Thomas Law Review and received awards for legal research and writing. Prior to joining Gonzalez & Associates, Stephanie was an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm and boutique Miami based personal injury firms. Jason R. Carr

Waco, TX

Jason R. Carr joined the Zimmerman Law Firm in 2020 as a clerk and started as an associate attorney in 2021. He has worked on a wide array of personal injury cases, including automobile collisions, premises liability, on-the-job injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful deaths. Jason earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers and worked with both the Tarrant County Judicial Staff Counsel and the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, he earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. Jason was born in Houston, Texas and lived in California, Brazil, and Utah before moving back to Texas to attend law school in Waco. While in Waco, he and his wife Meaghan fell in love with Central Texas and are glad to call it home. Outside the office, they can be found working out, teaching youth Sunday School, or photographing a horse show.

Brad W. Wicker

Brad Wicker was raised on the farm in Mangum, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Mangum High School, Brad attended college at the University of Central Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma State University. He played baseball at UCO and SWOSU. Brad graduated from OSU with a degree in Biology and became a science teacher and baseball coach in Duncan, Oklahoma. In 1994, Brad decided to go back to school at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He graduated with the title, Juris Doctor, in May, 1996. Brad was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in April, 1997. Since graduating, Brad has limited his practice to the representation of people hurt due to the bad choices made by others.

Kimya A. Assadkhan, Esq. joined Tenant Law Group in October 2025. She dedicates one hundred percent of her practice to helping California tenants who have been illegally evicted, harassed, or forced to live in inhumane conditions obtain financial compensation from their landlords. Kimya has dedicated much of her legal career to representing affected individuals, achieving settlements through mediation, arbitration, and trial. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She has been licensed to practice law in California since 2016. Prior to joining Tenant Law Group, Kimya worked as a Staff Attorney at the Eviction Defense Collaborative in San Francisco, where she represented low-income tenants in unlawful detainer proceedings. Caroline R. Hahn

Founding attorney Caroline Hahn provides ethical representation and personal attention. An Orange County native, she is a Korean-American criminal defense attorney who understands Korean culture and speaks Korean, helping immigrants facing criminal charges and potential negative immigration consequences.
