With 13 years of experience, including roles as a litigation preparation attorney, prosecutor, and public defender, Chris is an effective advocate. Monica A. Sanchez

Monica A. Sanchez, born in Bogotá, Colombia, is the Firm Administrator at Black Rock Trial Lawyers. She moved to the U.S. in 1998 and graduated high school at 16. She earned an Associate's degree from Broward College and a B.A. in Business Administration and International Business from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She managed a family transportation business before starting law school at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012, graduating Cum Laude in January 2016 with a Certificate in Litigation. She is currently preparing for the Florida Bar exam. She is married to attorney Gil Sanchez and has three children.

Parthan Vishvanathan is a dedicated injury attorney who helps victims achieve justice. Born in India, he was raised globally. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Whittier College, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Jindal Global Law School in India, and Master of Laws degrees from Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement and the University of Dayton School of Law. Based in Orange County, CA, he works with a team passionate about helping those in need. He speaks English, Hindi, and Tamil, and is learning Spanish and Japanese. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and attending concerts with his wife.

Monique Levario

Monique has been employed with the firm since 2002. She started as the receptionist and is now Litigation Paralegal Extraordinaire. She graduated from Odessa College with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies. She looks forward to what the future holds, and continues to find success at the firm. Monique is a small-town girl, born and raised in Pecos, Texas, who moved to the big city of Odessa in 1999. She married her high school sweetheart. They have two beautiful boys. When not at work, you can find her at the football fields or basketball courts for either practice or games. Monique is a die-hard football/basketball mom. She is obsessed with all things football, including her beloved Philadelphia Eagles! In the moments she’s not thinking about her law cases, her family, or football, she enjoys makeup, shoes, shopping, working out, and traveling.

Frank Chica

San Francisco, CA

Frank Chica is Legal Advisor to Tenant Law Group and a partner at FGC Law, P.C. in West Covina, California. He has extensive experience in labor and tenant law, and his practice focuses on protecting the rights of individuals in these areas. He earned his Law degree from Southwestern Law School and completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Los Angeles, where he was president of the Mock Trial Society. From the beginning of his career, Frank knew he wanted to advocate for those whose voices often go unheard. Frank has focused his practice on tenant habitability and employment law. He has helped countless clients fight against uninhabitable housing conditions and workplace injustice. William W. Munch

Tampa, FL

William Munch is the son of Munch & Munch, P.A. founding partners, Jacob and Kim Munch. A Tampa native, William was born and raised here and graduated from H.B. Plant High School. He went on to earn a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University. After college, William spent nine years working as an engineer for James Hardie Building Products at their manufacturing facility near Los Angeles, California. During that time, he pursued his MBA in the evenings and earned his degree from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School in 2019. In 2019, encouraged by his sister Casey, William decided to pursue a legal career with the goal of returning to Florida to join the family firm. He began law school by taking night classes at Western State College of Law in Irvine, California, and later transferred to Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Tampa, Florida. While attending law school, William continued working as an engineer until September 2023, when he left engineering to join Munch & Munch, P.A. as a law clerk. He graduated from Cooley Law School in December 2024. William grew up on boats and learned the navigational rules of the water from a young age. That early experience sparked a lasting interest in maritime life - and eventually, maritime law. Encouraged by his sister to turn that interest into a career, he decided to go to law school and join the family firm. Now, that passion has led him to focus on maritime law and helping people who’ve been injured in boating and other maritime-related accidents.

Jeremy Gordon is a Senior Federal Criminal Defense Lawyer at Guest & Gray, passionate about justice for criminal defense clients at both state and federal levels. He earned his J.D. in 2006 from South Texas College of Law and has experience as an Assistant District Attorney before opening his own criminal defense firm in 2012.

Andrew S. Walls, born and raised in Lancaster County, graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2015. He received the Pro Bono Service Distinction Award and two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. His legal practice focuses on estate planning and administration, and small business advising. He is also an accomplished musician with advanced degrees in music performance.

Liba Groveman is an associate of the firm and is renowned for her skills in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Ms. Groveman manages many of the firm’s matters from in-take through their ultimate resolution in mediation or arbitration. Ms. Groveman graduated from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1998. She is fluent in Hebrew and for several years volunteered for Chai Lifeline/Camp Simcha, a summer camp providing respite to children with cancer and other terminal illnesses.

She has lived in the United States since she was 12 years old. As the Case Manager at Caffee Accident & Injury Lawyers she has extensive experience assisting clients throughout their cases. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, photography, and singing.

After admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association, Kurt primarily practiced family law, estate planning, probate law, Native American law, and criminal defense. From 2009 to 2012, he handled over 250 cases in tribal and state courts. He has also served as counsel to commercial lenders. Kurt is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and the District Courts of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, Cherokee Nation, Sac & Fox Nation, Cheyenne-Arapaho Nation, and Pawnee Nation. He joined Military Law Group in 2018 as an “Of Counsel” attorney, maintaining his private practice.
