Fredrik Kirkhaug

Springfield, MO

Fredrik Kirkhaug graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2017. He then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 2021. While in law school Mr. Kirkhaug interned at the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he worked on legal research, motions, and hearings associated with various criminal cases. After graduation, Mr. Kirkhaug sought to expand his knowledge in criminal law, and he started his employment with the Christian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to class A felonies. In March of 2023, Mr. Kirkhaug left the Christian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and joined the Law Office of Stuart P. Huffman to pursue his interest in criminal defense.

Rebecca Lundgren joined Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio as an associate in 2024. Ms. Lundgren graduated summa cum laude from Iona College with a degree in English and Mass Communications concentrating in public relations. She thereafter graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School. During law school, Rebecca participated in the Immigrants Rights and Education and Health Law Clinics. She was also a member of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Appellate Advocacy Team. Her journal note on the intersection of race and disability in the education system, entitled Intersectionality in Equity in IDEA: A Way to Attack Disproportionality and Segregation, was published in the Rutgers Race and the Law Review in 2022. After graduating law school, Ms. Lundgren served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Perez Friscia in Bergen County’s Law and Chancery Divisions. She thereafter served a second term with Judge Perez Friscia in the Appellate Division. Ms. Lundgren is a pupil in the Justice Morris Pashmann Inn of Court. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Sarina Hyder

Sarina is a native Californian from Los Angeles. She lives in Antelope Valley with her five beautiful children who play soccer and other community activities. She received her Associates of Science in Health Administration and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Health Management. Prior to joining Trevino Law Firm, Sarina worked in healthcare, specifically coordinating care for personal injury patients. Cecilia A. Tsang

Cecilia Tsang is an attorney who has spent virtually her entire legal career helping families in the area of Trusts and Estates. Cecilia earned both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate (law) degree at the University of California, Davis. Unlike most Trust and Estate attorneys, Cecilia knew she wanted to practice in the area of Trusts and Estates before she finished law school. Leila T. Banks

Leila T. Banks is an attorney at Bold, Polisner, Maddow, Nelson & Judson, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and trust litigation. She regularly advises and represents fiduciaries in trust litigation and dispute resolution. She also assists clients in planning for marriage by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Leila joined BPMNJ in 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in family law. Her prior experience uniquely equips her to navigate the increasingly common crossover issues between family law and estate planning. Monika N. Levine

Monika N. Levine is an Associate Attorney in the Family Law and Commercial Litigation divisions at RTRLAW. She handles Florida family law cases, including divorces, child custody/child support, divorce modification, prenuptial and antenuptial agreements, and contract and commercial litigation. She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in 2018. As a law student, she made the Dean’s list and was a member of the Trial Team. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023. She has extensive experience working for law firms as a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant and Law Clerk. She is bilingual (English and Spanish).

Rachel A. Grove is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, who graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Her primary practice areas are family law and criminal defense, with significant experience in high conflict matters. She previously served as a staff attorney with Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster County.

Richard Petrow has been practicing as a Worker’s Compensation attorney in California since 2010. He has experience both as an Attorney for injured workers and he has experience working for one of the biggest defense firms in California. Mr. Petrow knows how the insurance companies work, so he knows how to fight them on behalf of the injured workers. Sara Griffin White

Sara Griffin White was born in Columbus, Georgia, in 1987. She graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2009 with a B.S. in Political Science and received her J.D. and D.C.L. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, in 2012. She joined Hudson, Potts & Bernstein in 2012. Sara is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Eastern, Western, and Middle U. S. District Courts of Louisiana. Her practice areas include Insurance Litigation and Insurance Subrogation.

Felipe is originally from Peru and is a native Spanish speaker who is also fluent in English. He completed his legal studies in Peru and was is a Peruvian attorney. He has been working in the Personal Injury Litigation field for nearly a decade. His hobbies include spending time with his family and watching sporting events.

Ashley Sheehan

Ashley Sheehan focuses her practice on family law, criminal defense, and landlord-tenant matters. She graduated from UNH in 2003 and received her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH School of Law), being admitted to the NH Bar in 2008 as part of the inaugural Daniel Webster Scholar Program. Denis Delja is a senior attorney at Dunnion Law with over a decade of experience in personal injury law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. Prior to focusing on personal injury, he represented corporate giants such as Monsanto, Visa, and Hoffman-La Roche, before deciding to advocate for clients injured due to others' negligence. He was recognized by the City of Lancaster for outstanding trial advocacy.

Zachary L. Lessard

Zachary L. (“Zac”) Lessard is an associate currently working out of the firm’s Kewanee office. Zac graduated from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science in Computer Science and Information Systems in 2008. Zac also graduated with his Master's degree in Computer Science in 2010 and his Master's degree in Business Administration in 2013.
