Herlyne Alba is our Case Manager. She was born in the Philippines and is fluent in English and Tagalog (she also has conversational skills in a few other languages!). She has lived in the United States since she was 12 years old. As the Case Manager at Caffee Accident & Injury Lawyers she has extensive experience assisting clients throughout their cases. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, photography, and singing.

Madelin Pereira

Madelin Pereira practices divorce law and family law in Rockland, Westchester, and Orange Counties. During his legal education, he volunteered at the Boesche Legal Clinic and Neighbor for Neighbor, Inc., focusing on business transactions, contracts, and family law. After admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association, Kurt primarily practiced family law, estate planning, probate law, Native American law, and criminal defense. From 2009 to 2012, he handled over 250 cases in tribal and state courts. He has also served as counsel to commercial lenders. Kurt is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and the District Courts of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, Cherokee Nation, Sac & Fox Nation, Cheyenne-Arapaho Nation, and Pawnee Nation. He joined Military Law Group in 2018 as an “Of Counsel” attorney, maintaining his private practice.
