A Central Florida native, Joshua Gilbert joined Payne Law, PLLC in 2021 and devotes his practice exclusively to representing policyholders in first-party property insurance disputes. Since beginning his legal career in 2017, Mr. Gilbert has focused on protecting homeowners, business owners, and community associations in coverage and payment disputes with their insurance carriers-pursuing efficient resolutions when possible and trying cases when necessary. Mr. Gilbert has handled nearly every phase of a property-insurance matter, from early claim evaluation and negotiation through litigation, motion practice, and jury trial. He brings steady judgment, meticulous preparation, and clear communication to each case, aiming to secure the benefits his clients are owed under their policies. Cindy is a Client Advocate II delivering excellence within both the pre-litigation and litigation departments at Venerable Injury Law. As a Client Advocate II, Cindy is responsible for handling client intakes, medical review, and other claim management tasks, as well as providing specialized translator services on behalf of clients. Cindy has many years of dedicated customer-oriented service in her professional background, which is drawn upon to ensure that client expectations are exceeded at every stage of their claim(s). Her commitment to serving the community and those in need are demonstrated by her day-to-day enthusiasm and passion; borne from the knowledge that finding a voice for victims is essential to the establishment of actual justice within our society.

Chelsea is an associate attorney at McCollum Crowley working in the Workers’ Compensation division of our Colorado office. Chelsea has several years of experience practicing law in the State of Colorado.

ZitaAnne Reno

Omaha, NE

ZitaAnne Reno, originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis on creative writing. ZitaAnne earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with concentrations of study in Real Estate Transactions and High Technology and International Business Law. While in law school, ZitaAnne clerked at general practice firms throughout Nebraska, and spent a summer clerking in Duluth, Minnesota. She also worked as a research assistant at Nebraska Law, specializing in national space legislation and the Outer Space Treaties. After graduating law school in 2024, ZitaAnne began practice in North Platte, Nebraska. While there, she worked with a broad range of clients, primarily in estate planning, business and corporate law, probate matters, and real estate transactions. She has appeared before various county and district courts and before the Supreme Court of Nebraska. ZitaAnne joined Horgan Law Firm in October of 2025, where she now focuses on business and transactional law. She is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to complex legal issues and ensuring clients are thoroughly informed about their options.

Casey Hand is the Litigation Manager at Glen Larson Law Injury Attorneys, who uses her expertise to help clients get the best possible recovery and compensation for their case. Her experience in dispute resolution, contract review and drafting, conveyance, and litigation provides the law firm’s attorneys with trial coordination resources that are second-to-none in the legal industry. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Ms. Hand ensures that both the department and clients’ milestones and goals are reached through her legal knowledge, guidance, and advice to the staff of paralegals and legal assistants.

Darian Bona is the Executive Assistant and Business Office Director at Glen Larson Law Injury Attorneys. She assists Glen Larson, Owner and Founder of the firm, with day-to-day operations and helps the office run smoothly. Originally from Oklahoma, Ms. Bona provides high-level administrative support to the staff, takes calls, schedules meetings, manages executive requests, and other office duties and functions.

Marco Lozano is the Intake Manager and a Litigation Paralegal for Glen Larson Law Injury Attorneys. He specializes in talking with people about their situations to see what their best course of legal action is. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mr. Lozano also works as a skilled Litigation Paralegal who drafts Insurance Settlement Demand Letters while helping the firm’s clients address daily concerns about their physical, emotional, and financial recoveries. Before joining the law firm, Mr. Lozano was a professional DJ for many years.

Alejandra Fernandez is a highly coordinated Legal Assistant at Rosen Injury Law, P.A. She aids paralegals and attorneys, oversees mail, manages check disbursements, and contacts medical providers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Arizona. Jennifer Dean, Esq. founded this law firm. After working for several workers’ compensation defense law firms representing large corporations, she saw how injured workers (“applicants”) could be mistreated by the system and unfairly compensated for their injuries. She could not tolerate this any longer and felt a passion to fight for the worker, to make sure they get everything they deserve. Elizabeth Borg

Elizabeth Borg is our firm’s legal assistant and client intake coordinator. Ms. Borg graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Public Relations and has worked in that field until switching over to pursue her interest in criminal law. She has moved around the country growing up, but calls San Diego home. As the first person the firm’s potential new clients speak to, Ms. Borg is responsible for providing information about the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum to our new clients to help make them feel comfortable and safe. She has over 10 years of experience in administrative work and customer service, and helps our firm stay on top of our clients’ cases. Ms. Borg is fluent in both Spanish and English, and helps follow up with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and offer exemplary customer service. In her free time, Ms. Borg loves to visit with friends and family. She enjoys exploring San Diego especially with her dog Sansa, listening to a good podcast, and trying out new hobbies and adventures.
