Gloria Duran is a bilingual lawyer who graduated with honors from the Autonomous University of Yucatan. Britney Munguia

Britney Munguia is a paralegal who graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in 2018 and received her certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2023. She is currently pursuing an AAS degree in Paralegal Studies at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. Britney is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Alexis Izquierdo

Our founder, Alexis Izquierdo, personally experienced this struggle. After suffering a near-fatal cycling accident, he underwent the amputation of his arm. Like many South Florida residents and visitors, he faced the overwhelming battle of securing fair compensation after such a life-changing injury. This experience became his life’s mission to help others fight for their rights and overcome the legal and financial hardships that follow a serious accident.

Elizabeth has worked as a legal assistant at Campos Law Group for almost two years. Always ready to provide excellent service, she ensures the best possible experiences for clients in their times of need. Elizabeth was born and raised near the sandy beaches of the northern Dominican Republic and later moved to Santo Domingo Norte to pursue work and higher education. Since then, she has acquired over ten years of experience in the customer support industry where she developed the diligence to deliver the highest levels of satisfaction for all clients. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading good books, and spending quality time with her family.

Caterina Scarselli is based in Milan and has extensive experience in Italian civil litigation law, particularly in Corporate law. She assists clients with privacy, contractual consultancy, corporate crisis management, and restructuring. She specializes in company organization, computer security, and sensitive data collection (Privacy/GDPR). She speaks fluent English.

Emma Spaeth

Palmdale, CA

Born in Washington State, Emma came to California when she was eighteen. Emma received her bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University before graduating from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. During her law school career, she spent most of her time volunteering for pro-bono clinics focused on education as well as children’s and parent’s rights. She has significant litigation experience and always prioritizes meeting client’s needs and forming effective relationships with her clients. Emma’s background and experience in public interest demonstrates her passion for helping people. Emma lives in Los Angeles with her nephew. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and other local shows, taking her dog to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alejandro García Padilla obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics and a JD from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He was the 11th Governor of Puerto Rico, holding the position from 2013 to 2017. In addition to the governorship, Garcia Padilla’s other political endeavors include roles as the Secretary of Consumer Affairs, serving in the 24th Senate of Puerto Rico, and finally as President of the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). After being elected to senate, he was also chosen to serve as the ranking member on the Governmental Affairs, Public Safety and Judicial Affairs committees. Outside of politics, Garcia Padilla has been a law professor at the Interamerican University, a legal officer in Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico, and formed part of several Bar Association committees. In 2017, Garcia Padilla teamed up with The Sanders Firm and senior partner Marc Grossman, joining efforts to fight the opioids crisis. Garcia Padilla adds his expertise to the team, having faced the challenges of the opioids crisis while in office.
