Kayla Clark is a passionate attorney at Patterson Legal Group, focusing on social justice. She previously worked as a legal aid attorney at Kansas Legal Services, representing survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. She graduated from Washburn Law with a Pro Bono Certificate with Distinction and a Family Law Certificate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (pre-law emphasis) with minors in Vocal Music and Gender Studies from Kansas State University. Elizabeth Roberts is a fourth generation attorney working at her family's firm, The Gean Law Firm. She was raised in the legal community and comes from a family of well respected attorneys. She graduated from William H. Bowen School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Her primary focuses are family law, criminal law, estate planning and bankruptcy. She has also been a certified mediator in the State of Arkansas since 2018.

Tatyana Romanova is a Paralegal with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany and a certificate in paralegal studies. She has been a paralegal since 2014. Hannah specializes in workers’ compensation defense. She was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 2018 and is licensed to practice in all Minnesota state and federal courts. Hannah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hamline University with a B.A. in Legal Studies and earned her J.D. degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Hannah brings a unique, multifaceted perspective to her cases and has experience with all angles of workers’ compensation claims. As a law student, Hannah was a judicial intern at the Office of Administrative Hearings. She observed legal proceedings, conducted legal research and writing, interacted with litigants, and participated in case outcome/strategy discussions with judges. As a result of her strong academic performance and commitment to public service, Hannah was selected to receive the George Beck Fellowship Award. After graduation, Hannah represented injured employees at a plaintiff’s firm in downtown Minneapolis. She successfully litigated matters and obtained significant relief for her clients. Hannah then served as in-house defense counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. She communicated daily with work comp claims adjusters to provide advice on complex legal issues, litigation strategy, and case resolution. Roxanna Klymkevych

Roxanna Klymkevych joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez in January of 2022 as a Legal Assistant. She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree with honors in 2018 from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Law from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. She previously worked as a Lecturer and a consultant. She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and conversant in Polish.

Jenny Osipov is a Paralegal with an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Central Piedmont Community College. She has been a paralegal since 2010. She previously worked at Semirog Law Firm and in the Union County District Court Judge’s Office. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Attorney Martínez’s educational background spreads out between Peru, the United States, and France. While in France, Mr. Martinez was a political science student at the prestigious Institut d’Études Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence. Jessie is an attorney at McCollum Crowley working in the Workers’ Compensation division of our Colorado office. Jessie started her law career in South Florida practicing no fault insurance defense. Thereafter, she became licensed in Colorado and started practicing Colorado workers’ compensation law in 2017. Jessie focuses her practice on representing employers and their respective carriers through zealous advocacy. Talin was born and raised in Glendale, California. Growing up, she played competitive soccer for fifteen (15) years. She believes that playing a competitive sport has taught her many life skills including time-management, hard work, and discipline. Talin then applied these life skills to her education and now, her legal career, which has allowed her to excel. Talin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she began her legal education that very same year at Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern Law School, Talin dedicated her time as a Teacher’s Assistant and as a Dean’s Fellow. This allowed her to assist and support students succeed in their legal education. Now, Talin is passionate about helping a larger community. Talin is most interested in helping those who have been injured. Her goal is to help people who are in one of the most challenging times of their lives regain their sense of self.
