Ariana Mendieta

Ariana joined Venerable Injury Law in May of 2021 as a Client Advocate I. Prior to her work at Venerable, she gained valuable customer service knowledge and experience within various industries, including legal services, which has led to the development of her current client-centered, customer- oriented approach to client communications. When you make a phone call to Venerable, Ariana will likely be the first person you speak with as she is the primary receptionist, in addition to her role as the medical specialist. Accordingly, Ariana assists client advocates by communicating with medical treatment providers and collecting medical records, while also providing administrative support to office personnel. With her positive outlook and client management abilities, Ariana serves as a critical part of the Venerable team.

A Texas native, Alberto de la Torre studied political science at St. Edward’s University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. During this time, he was selected for the Thomas M. Keel Scholarship, which placed him with the Texas Legislative Budget Board, and the Moreno Rangel Scholarship, where he served as a legislative aide during the 80th Texas Legislative Session. Prior to joining the Law Office of Joel A. Levine, Mr. de la Torre practiced Social Security Disability Law succeeding in hundreds of claims all over Texas.

Yahaira Mendez

Yahaira Mendez is the Office Manager and Paralegal with Brannen Law PLLC. She was raised in Concord, NC and joined the law firm in 2018. She is in charge of the day-to-day operation of the firm and is fluent in Spanish.

Buena Mangabat was born in the Philippines, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has been living in Maui for the past 26 years and considers Central Maui her home. She is passionate about caring for and helping people, which is why she became a Client Relations Specialist to assist in rebuilding her community after the devastating Maui fires. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.
