Anthony T. DelNero is a seasoned criminal defense attorney practicing in both State and Federal courts across North Carolina. His deep insight into the prosecution process stems from years at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried countless cases, including DWI, misdemeanors, felony probation violations, and major drug offenses. Originally from Endicott, NY, Anthony earned his J.D. from Albany Law School after completing a federal internship and working with the Albany County DA’s Office and Prisoner’s Legal Services of New York. Since 2018, Anthony has focused solely on criminal defense, representing clients in everything from traffic violations to serious felonies, including murder. His experience and relationships within the DA’s Office give him a valuable edge-enabling him to think like both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Now based in Charlotte, he is committed to treating every case with the seriousness it deserves and fights for dismissals, reductions, or acquittals whenever possible.

Junior Arzú Alvarez joined the team in April 2023, bringing medical expertise and empathetic client care. His career-defining moment was an interview with Kausar, leading to an opportunity to learn and grow. With a background as a medical doctor in Honduras, he provides informed advice to clients. He excels in attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and advocacy. Junior grew up in Honduras, attended La Ceiba Bilingual School, and was offered a professional soccer career. He is actively involved in community medical brigades and offers free consultations to those in need.

Nancy Tuthill

Nancy’s strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and collaborative approach ensure office policies and procedures run smoothly and efficiently. She runs the office like a well-oiled machine and ensures the firm never misses a step. At the conclusion of each case, Nancy partners with the firm’s financial department on creating and completing all closing documents and gets the firm client’s their settlement proceeds as expeditiously as possible. She also expertly handles a myriad of other expense management activities for the firm. Nancy graduated from Brooklyn College where she was a Dean’s List student. She lives in the New York area where she enjoys spending time with her large family. She also has a passion for animals and fosters rescue dogs in her home.

Veronica works as a legal assistant at Campos Law Group. She was born and raised in the Philippines, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Public Administration. Before joining Campos Law Group, she worked as a customer service associate for a mortgage company and as a content moderator for TikTok. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
