A proud native of Longview, Texas, Chadd currently resides in McKinney, infusing his Texan roots into his professional journey. Before joining our team, Chadd garnered valuable experience in various fields, including service with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, employment at Encore Wire, and dedicated service as an EMT. His multifaceted career path has equipped him with a unique skill set, making him an invaluable asset to our firm. Albert G. Kishek

Albert Kishek is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, working out of the historic Riverside office in Jacksonville, Florida. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Albert has deep roots in the community and takes immense pride in representing the people of his hometown and clients throughout the state. After graduating from Atlantic Coast High School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and pursued his lifelong passion for justice by studying law. During law school, he excelled academically and was elected Internal Vice President of the Student Bar Association, where he pioneered a mentorship program for first-year students, led three cohorts of legislators, and competed in several Moot Court competitions. Albert J. Ferrera

Albert J. Ferrera is a native of Tampa, Florida. He earned his B.A. in American History from the University of South Florida in 1994 and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1997, being admitted to the Florida Bar on Sept. 24, 1997. He has a distinguished 11-year tenure in nursing home defense before joining Morgan & Morgan, where he now focuses on nursing home abuse. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling him to assist Spanish-speaking residents in Tampa. He is admitted to the Florida Bar Association, U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Alberto H. Oliveri

Alberto H. Oliveri is a personal injury attorney based out of Morgan & Morgan's Ocala office. His practice focuses primarily on premises liability, slip/trip & falls, negligent/inadequate security, and animal attacks, throughout Marion, Lake, Sumter, and Levy Counties. Mr. Oliveri was born in Punta Del Este, Uruguay, and as a teen moved to New York City. He graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a BA in Economics and Criminal Justice, earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance also from USF, and completed his law degree at Florida A&M University College of Law. Mr. Oliveri is bilingual in Spanish.

Alexia Nyiri

Alexia Nyiri is an attorney with the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, where she focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, professional malpractice, and construction defect litigation. A Tampa, Florida native, she graduated cum laude with a degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Florida. She earned her law degree with Honors from Stetson University College of Law, where she focused on international law and spent a semester at The Hague studying at the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. Before joining Morgan & Morgan's Business Trial Group, she practiced at a boutique defense firm handling international disputes, business torts, and administrative and criminal matters. She is a proud member of both the Hispanic Bar Association and the St. Pete Bar Association.
