Ashley Kim was born and raised in Southern California and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communications and Spanish from Pacific Union College. Her passion for law began while working at a non-profit legal clinic in Compton, assisting an underserved community with immigration matters. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, where she was awarded a Trial Advocacy Scholarship and worked as a law clerk. She externed at the United States District Court for the Honorable Gary Klausner and was involved in the Employment Rights Clinic. After law school, she continued to work at the Los Angeles firm, gaining experience in personal injury, employment, and mass tort matters. She enjoys experimenting with Korean dishes, hiking, listening to podcasts, and traveling. She is also learning Cantonese and Mandarin.

She grew up working in her family’s Chinese restaurants and assisting her stepfather’s acupuncture practice. Bianca graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Sociolinguistics and minored in Japanese, having studied the language for 7 years. She is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Chinese. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca gained years of office administrative support experience in an acupuncture clinic and another personal injury law firm, becoming skilled in communicating with insurance companies, managing records, and aiding injured clients. She is passionate about helping people overcome difficult situations and enjoys hiking, art, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her two cats.

Hannah Dillard is a passionate advocate who strives to provide clients with the optimal legal solution to achieve their business and personal goals. She never found an area of the law she did not enjoy studying. She was also the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Wills, Trusts, and Estates, an honor provided for the highest grade in the class. Prior to law school, Hannah simultaneously completed a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Financial Risk Management, and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Chinese, at the University of Oklahoma. While studying for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), she completed a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has also authored assorted short stories, as well as three literary book reviews published in Chinese Literature today. She is dedicated to applying the widely varied skills, knowledge, and expertise she has gained over the years to the advantage of her clients, whenever and wherever possible. Outside of her law practice, Hannah enjoys reading, writing, researching, and studying languages, in particular, Chinese and Spanish. In her spare time, she is currently participating in collaborative research concerning mergers and acquisitions.

Nathan grew up in Griffin, Georgia and attended Covenant College in Lookout Mountain Georgia where he majored in Theology. After college he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as an Airborne Linguist, where he studied Chinese at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. Upon completing training, he was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base and deployed all over the world. After leaving active duty, Nathan went on to work with a federal intelligence agency before returning to Georgia in order to attend law school full time. Nathan graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. Upon graduation and passing the bar, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Towaliga Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s office. He began his career in private practice with a small firm in Fayetteville Georgia, focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. Joining M. Austin Jackson Law in 2022, Nathan brings his litigation and trial experience to serve personal injury clients in Augusta and throughout Georgia.
