Nicholas M. Sarta was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He holds a B.A. in English from City University of New York, Brooklyn College, and a J.D. from New York Law School. He gained experience working at personal injury and criminal defense firms before establishing his own firm. Over an 8-year period, he successfully resolved and litigated hundreds of cases in New York and New Jersey, including automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, toxic torts, and civil rights violations. He received awards such as VerdictSearch’s Top New York Settlements of 2015, Verdicts and Settlements Hall of Fame of 2015, and Schnepps Communications’ 'Rising Stars of 2015'. Daniella Alvarado

Daniella Alvarado joined Link & Associates in early 2020 and handles personal injury, consumer protection, contractual disputes, and an array of other civil matters. Before joining Link & Associates, Ms. Alvarado worked for a boutique civil litigation firm where she conducted numerous jury trials. Waleed 'Wally' Zaman was born and raised in San Jose, California, before moving to Las Vegas. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Texas A&M, earning a bachelors of business administration in Finance. He then attended the Boyd School of Law.
