Equally adept before juries and appellate courts, Karl has tried more than 50 cases to verdict in venues across the United States and prevailed in numerous important appellate matters, resulting in published opinions in favor of his clients in the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth, Ninth and Federal Circuits.
