Ms. Falter received both her Bachelors and Masters in Law from the University of Cambridge, England, from where she graduated with Honors. At Cambridge, Ms. Falter was her college's student leader and was a member of the Cambridge International Council. Ms. Falter obtained her second post-graduate Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She is an active member of the California State Bar Association and is a dedicated practitioner in civil personal injury litigation and workers' compensation law. Prior to joining Asvar Law in 2015, Ms. Falter was a civil litigator in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she represented clients suffering from asbestos exposure. There, Ms. Falter was a senior case attorney and was additionally in charge of her firm's cases involving insurance carrier's breach of settlement contracts. At Asvar Law, Ms. Falter works with strong determination both inside and outside of the courtroom in fighting for clients with catastrophic injuries. Her tireless and relentless pursuit of justice has led to outstanding results and millions of dollars in settlements, awards, and benefits to our clients. In her free time, Ms. Falter enjoys traveling locally and abroad. She is a licensed pilot and sailor. Ms. Falter has also devoted extensive time and effort to Asvar Law's charitable and pro bono work in assisting indigent individuals in need of legal counsel. As part of her charitable endeavors, she has also devoted extensive time to local, national, and international animal rescue organizations.
