Ana Maria Sardi is a lawyer primarily dedicated to United States immigration law. Originally from Colombia and an immigrant herself, she speaks Spanish and has dedicated her life to supporting the Hispanic community. She received her Doctorate in Law from LSU University, graduating with honors. While at LSU, she was a member of the Immigration Clinic and Juvenile Cases Clinic, receiving an award for her work defending detainees in immigration cases.

Nathan Tobler received his degree in communications from Brigham Young University in 2003. He then attended law school at Arizona State University, where he served as an editor on the school’s law journal, worked as an extern for the Arizona Court of Appeals, and participated as a student member of the Horace Rumpole Inn of Court. Nathan specializes in accident injury cases.

Alexis Izquierdo

Our founder, Alexis Izquierdo, personally experienced this struggle. After suffering a near-fatal cycling accident, he underwent the amputation of his arm. Like many South Florida residents and visitors, he faced the overwhelming battle of securing fair compensation after such a life-changing injury. This experience became his life’s mission to help others fight for their rights and overcome the legal and financial hardships that follow a serious accident.

Elizabeth has worked as a legal assistant at Campos Law Group for almost two years. Always ready to provide excellent service, she ensures the best possible experiences for clients in their times of need. Elizabeth was born and raised near the sandy beaches of the northern Dominican Republic and later moved to Santo Domingo Norte to pursue work and higher education. Since then, she has acquired over ten years of experience in the customer support industry where she developed the diligence to deliver the highest levels of satisfaction for all clients. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading good books, and spending quality time with her family.

Magaly Rojas is currently pursuing her J.D. at St. Mary's University School of Law, having earned her B.A. in Criminology from St. Edward's University. Fluent in Spanish and English, she provides valuable support to Cabañas Law Firm clients with her passion for protecting constitutional rights.

Justin Rodriguez is a dedicated litigation paralegal with extensive experience supporting trial attorneys in all phases of civil litigation. He has over a decade of private sector legal experience combined with distinguished military service in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he served as a Staff Sergeant and Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer in Charge. Justin has provided comprehensive legal and administrative support in civil, criminal, and administrative law matters, leading legal teams, training soldiers, and assisting Judge Advocates. He was recognized as a Distinguished Leader and Commandant’s List recipient at the Paralegal Warrior Training Course. In his civilian career, he has been integral in complex civil litigation, managing discovery, coordinating trial preparation, and maintaining attorney calendars. He is known for efficiency, strategic problem-solving, and professionalism. Fluent in Spanish, Justin brings strong cross-cultural communication skills. He enjoys spending time with his family, and is a passionate New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Dodgers fan.

Sofia Angeles

Sofia Angeles, born and raised in Yakima, WA, joined Morales Law in 2016 as a receptionist, advancing to Case Manager and then Litigation Manager. After a period away from 2019 to 2025, she returned to the firm in 2025. She values the supportive environment and considers her coworkers family.

Emma Spaeth

Palmdale, CA

Born in Washington State, Emma came to California when she was eighteen. Emma received her bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University before graduating from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. During her law school career, she spent most of her time volunteering for pro-bono clinics focused on education as well as children’s and parent’s rights. She has significant litigation experience and always prioritizes meeting client’s needs and forming effective relationships with her clients. Emma’s background and experience in public interest demonstrates her passion for helping people. Emma lives in Los Angeles with her nephew. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and other local shows, taking her dog to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alejandro García Padilla obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics and a JD from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He was the 11th Governor of Puerto Rico, holding the position from 2013 to 2017. In addition to the governorship, Garcia Padilla’s other political endeavors include roles as the Secretary of Consumer Affairs, serving in the 24th Senate of Puerto Rico, and finally as President of the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). After being elected to senate, he was also chosen to serve as the ranking member on the Governmental Affairs, Public Safety and Judicial Affairs committees. Outside of politics, Garcia Padilla has been a law professor at the Interamerican University, a legal officer in Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico, and formed part of several Bar Association committees. In 2017, Garcia Padilla teamed up with The Sanders Firm and senior partner Marc Grossman, joining efforts to fight the opioids crisis. Garcia Padilla adds his expertise to the team, having faced the challenges of the opioids crisis while in office.
