Carlos Palma was born in El Salvador, and was raised in and currently lives in Richmond, CA. For ten years he worked for the city of Richmond’s Community Services Department, where he managed recreation facilities and coordinated various events and programs for Richmond residents. Carlos received his B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley in 2017. While studying at the University of California, he worked as a law clerk for a San Francisco based firm before moving to Brent & Fiol, LLP. Carlos plans to attend law school in the future, and his goal is to use his education, Spanish-speaking ability, and experience working with diverse and low-income communities to help facilitate greater access to legal services.
