Outside of work, Almarie finds solace in literature, indulging in works like "Make Your Bed" by William H. McRaven and the wit of Mark Twain. She enjoys the humor of "White Chicks" and the uplifting melodies of "Vivir mi Vida" by Marc Anthony. Italian cuisine holds a special place in her heart, and she dreams of experiencing the splendor of Dubai. Her greatest fulfillment lies in assisting injured workers, embracing positivity, creativity, and adaptability as key values.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Education, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Facultad de Derecho Eugenio Maria de Hostos (FEMDH). When she graduated Law School, she started her legal career working as a Legislative Assistant, and later as a Legal Advisor for the Senate of Puerto Rico. She continued her legal career as an Administrative Judge where she worked rigorously, for the compliance of laws and regulations of providing the necessary services to students with special needs by the Department of Education of Puerto Rico. Mrs. Ramirez always had a passion for helping others and, as an immigration attorney she has always advocated for the immigrants’ rights. Being able to help clients in need and provide them guidance through their immigration process is exceptionally satisfying for her. Especially the Spanish Speaking community.

Kenyi Parker, originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, has worked as a legal assistant at Trueb Berne & Beard, LLP for eight years. She provides legal and administrative support, is fluent in English and Spanish, and assists Spanish-speaking clients. Her bilingual skills and dedication make her an invaluable resource for injured seamen and their families.

Tiffany Marquez

Tiffany works with hospitals, medical offices, and insurance companies to meticulously handle medical record requests. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills ensure that all records are completed in a timely and HIPAA compliant manner. She also plays an instrumental role in working with Spanish clients by assisting with translation. When not in the office Tiffany is earning her degree in Business and Administration and spends time with her two teenage daughters. She is an avid reader and writer and often participates in writing workshops as one of her hobbies is to become a book writer.

Bradley A. Perez is an associate attorney at A to Z Injury Law's Miami office. He was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and attended the University of Florida. He later lived in Southeast China where he taught English and interned for the Zhing Yin Law Firm, assisting with Cyber brand-defamation cases. He also gained valuable litigation experience as a legal extern at the Louisville Public Defender’s office and worked with Certified Computer Forensic Experts on ESI collection and digital information preservation.

Christopher Lee

San Diego, CA

Christopher joined the firm in 2025. With prior experience as a legal administrative assistant, he brings a strong foundation in organization and client service to his role. As an intake specialist, Christopher enjoys being the first point of contact for incoming clients, and he is passionate about giving clients the best service.

Alexis was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. In 2018 received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in Pre-Law, where she received an award for her Capstone research project focused on the relationship between political funding for mental health and crime rates, and a minor, with honors, in Spanish from the University of Southern Mississippi. In 2022, Alexis received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, Alexis received awards for Dean’s List as well as the Women’s Student Bar Association. During law school, she interned at the at the Office of the Public Defender and at Beau Powell, P.A.

Kristel Simon, affectionately known as Kris, brings a diverse background and a unique set of interests to our team as the newest Guest Services Member. Born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Kris proudly identifies with their Palestinian heritage, creating a rich tapestry of cultural influences that shape their worldview. Outside of the tech world, Kris has a unique set of hobbies. They enjoy watching criminal trials, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending spare time drawing. A passionate cook, Kris loves creating recipes, with a particular focus on Arab and Asian cuisines. Kris finds joy in family life, with two younger sisters and an 8-year-old niece. Despite the geographical distance, she maintains a strong connection with a long-distance partner in the UK. Kris is dedicated to supporting charities that combat domestic violence against women and children, with a special interest in organizations like RAINN.

Luis Zarete

Luis Zarate is a dedicated Legal Assistant with a passion for justice, a strong sense of responsibility, and a track record of going above and beyond for his clients. Raised in the Dominican Republic in a large, loving household, Luis credits his grandmother - whose resilience and unwavering pursuit of excellence shaped his values - as the greatest influence in his life. Tatiana Young

Tatiana Young is a Legal Assistant who grew up in Puerto Rico and moved to the US at age 11. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience in non-profit administration and client services.

David Maris has a deep connection to the legal system in Routt County, Colorado, having helped build the Courthouse before becoming a lawyer. He has appeared in that courthouse as a Deputy District Attorney, a defendant, and a defense attorney. His unique perspective, combined with his experience as a trial lawyer and nearly 30-year residency in Routt County, provides an insider’s view of the legal system. David focuses his practice on criminal defense, including DUI/DWAI, drug offenses, domestic violence, misdemeanor crimes, and felony offenses.

Brenlee McPherson Buerge recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She interned at both the Public Defender’s Office and the Prosecutor’s Office in Fayetteville, AR, and for a local Judge in Joplin, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University, graduating Suma Cum Laude.

Dante D’Andrea

Coshocton, OH

Dante D’Andrea is an Associate Attorney at Cross Law Office, LLC. He obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2022. While at ONU, Dante was member of the Trial Team and competed in numerous national competitions. Attorney D’Andrea has been involved in both the defense and prosecuting sides of the law prior to joining Cross Law Office. He worked as a certified legal intern for both Hancock County and Allen County Public Defender Offices. Once sworn in, he began working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Allen County. Prior to attending law school, Attorney D’Andrea earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in 2019, majoring in International Business with a minor in Law. While at Bluffton, Attorney D’Andrea was a closing pitcher for the Bluffton Beavers baseball team and did a semester in Guatemala studying the Spanish language and cultural differences in various Guatemalan communities.
