Tania Ogden is a native Floridian who grew up in Tampa, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University and attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Ms. Ogden began her legal career in 1993 representing Debtors in bankruptcy court in Broward County and Dade County. After 3 years, she changed directions and began her career in workers' compensation in 1996, representing employers and insurance carriers for 6 years. She served as Mediator for Judge Jack Weiss for 5 years and as an adjunct professor at Ave Maria Law School, teaching Workers' Compensation. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2000 and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2003. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in Sanford, Florida, representing clients in over forty jury trials. Velma Lozano Jones was born in San Benito, Texas as a second-generation Mexican-American and is fluent in Spanish. She proudly joined Morgan & Morgan in 2000 where she worked as a personal injury pre-suit paralegal for eight years. She attended Florida A&M University-College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 30, 2008. She tried cases in Florida and Federal courts and fought for injured clients who had suffered losses in auto crashes, slip and fall and negligent security injuries. Since 2015, Velma has been fighting for her clients to win their claims for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income at the Morgan & Morgan Social Security Disability Office in Orlando.
