Anthony T. DelNero is a seasoned criminal defense attorney practicing in both State and Federal courts across North Carolina. His deep insight into the prosecution process stems from years at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried countless cases, including DWI, misdemeanors, felony probation violations, and major drug offenses. Originally from Endicott, NY, Anthony earned his J.D. from Albany Law School after completing a federal internship and working with the Albany County DA’s Office and Prisoner’s Legal Services of New York. Since 2018, Anthony has focused solely on criminal defense, representing clients in everything from traffic violations to serious felonies, including murder. His experience and relationships within the DA’s Office give him a valuable edge-enabling him to think like both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Now based in Charlotte, he is committed to treating every case with the seriousness it deserves and fights for dismissals, reductions, or acquittals whenever possible.

Jessica Lane de Banegas serves as an Office Manager and Client Advocate for our Richmond office. Jessica plays a pivotal role in making things run smoothly within our office. Most importantly, she serves as the firm Client Advocate and leads the Case Managers. Jessica brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to guide our clients through the legal process. Her dedication to providing top-notch support ensures that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention during their legal journey. Jessica graduated from Bryant & Stratton with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies.
