About Monika

Monika N. Levine is an Associate Attorney in the Family Law and Commercial Litigation divisions at RTRLAW. She handles Florida family law cases, including divorces, child custody/child support, divorce modification, prenuptial and antenuptial agreements, and contract and commercial litigation. She received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in 2018. As a law student, she made the Dean’s list and was a member of the Trial Team. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023. She has extensive experience working for law firms as a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant and Law Clerk. She is bilingual (English and Spanish).
