About Preston
Preston Mathews focuses his law practice primarily on estate administration and litigation, and he regularly helps clients with a wide variety of real property issues. Prior to joining BMO, Preston worked for firms in Nevada and California where he represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation, real property, and estate matters. He has represented some of the largest financial institutions in the country and managed vast mineral interests in west Texas, involving negotiating mineral leases and easement agreements. Preston prioritizes developing excellent working relationships with clients, understanding their unique objectives, and resolving legal issues carefully and efficiently.
