Mr. Tredwell started his career as the Chief Administrative Law Clerk to the Honorable John T.J. Kelly Jr. in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, for more than three decades, he has specialized in claims brought by or against insurance carriers directly. His practice focuses primarily on bad faith, coverage and first party claims. He has represented insurers in class actions in numerous jurisdictions, including Florida, North Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, Connecticut, Utah and Washington.
