About T.
T. Happel Scurry is a partner at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., focusing on construction and civil litigation. He was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Business Economics in 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008, concurrently receiving a Master’s degree in Earth and Environmental Resource Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he practiced medical malpractice, product defect, government tort, construction litigation, and general insurance defense. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal courts and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star annually since 2015.
