Tim Masterson joined McCollum Crowley in 2016. For over two decades following his graduation with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School, Tim has successfully defended individuals and business entities in personal injury matters. His practice evolved to include the defense of Class I railroad claims ranging from acute injury and property damage to occupational diseases such as repetitive stress disorders, asbestos related illnesses, and cancers of the blood. Tim is considered one of the top litigators in Twin Cities having tried dozens of cases to verdict.
