About Zachary
Zachary Snipe served as a deputy prosecutor in the State of Washington, handling felony-level criminal offenses and successfully prosecuting several hundred cases, including dozens of jury trials. He was the dedicated prosecutor for the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET), securing convictions for high-profile controlled substance dealers. His extensive courtroom and trial experience now benefit his civil litigation practice at BMO. Since relocating to St. George, Zachary focuses on zealously representing Utah residents, combining respectful but firm advocacy with an aggressive courtroom style. He has traveled to over ninety countries and has settled in St. George with his family, committed to serving the community.
