Aimee Martuccio Whitsell, originally from Western Pennsylvania, graduated cum laude from Westminster College in 2001 with a double major in Philosophy and History. Fascinated by the 'Old West,' she moved to New Mexico for law school, earning her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2004. Her legal career began as a Children’s Court prosecutor, gaining valuable trial experience. In 2008, she transitioned to civil law, focusing on medical malpractice defense and working for a national medical malpractice insurance company. In 2017, she shifted to representing individuals injured by negligence, bringing her unique background and insight into opposing counsel's strategies to advocate for her clients at Parnall Law.
