About Rob

Rob Johnson, born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1970, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in History and American Studies from Georgetown College in 1992, where he was student government president and named the president’s most outstanding leader. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1996. He began his legal career as a solo practitioner across various law areas. In 2005, he was appointed as a circuit judge in Kentucky, later elected, and served until 2017. In 2017, he was appointed to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, serving until 2018. After leaving the judiciary, he returned to solo practice and worked as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, prosecuting felony cases. In 2021, he was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General. In 2024, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, joining Parnall Law to focus on personal injury work.
