Mark Bennett, born in Canonsburg, PA in 1964, earned his B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986 and his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1989, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His early career included clerking for the Washington County Juvenile Courts and a private law office, followed by general Civil Litigation. He then represented injured accident victims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney at Berger and Green. In 2019, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and continues his practice at Parnall Law.
