About Rosario
Rosario Vega Lynn, a West Mesa High School graduate, has been practicing law for over 25 years since earning her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1998, where she was Lead Articles Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Spanish/Photography from the University of New Mexico, 1994. Before joining Parnall Law, she maintained a private practice, representing individuals against local and state government agencies in civil rights, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower litigation. She has appeared before New Mexico federal and state district courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. At Parnall Law, she is dedicated to encouraging and supporting clients while advocating for their rights and a successful outcome, believing it a privilege to represent people during difficult times.
