About Nicholas

Nicholas J. Trost has a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate, having previously defended them. He now uses this knowledge to benefit individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. An Albuquerque native, he was awarded the Gerald R. Ford Character Award in high school. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington in 2010 with a B.A. in Communications-Journalism. He then earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2013, where he was a member of the New Mexico Law Review and the ABA Moot Court Team. He joined Parnall Law in 2023, finding it more rewarding to represent injured individuals against insurance companies.
