Amber Wallace is an experienced complex commercial litigator and a perennial Super Lawyers 'Rising Star.' She handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and informal resolutions. Her cases include 'bet the company' litigation across diverse legal subjects such as financial products, licensing, trade secrets, antitrust, employment, civil rights, real estate, software, and consumer fraud. She represents financial institutions, real estate firms, global corporations, utility companies, and regional businesses, proficiently developing strategies for both plaintiffs and defendants. Notable successes include dismissal of a $30 million property claim, a multi-million dollar tail fee award, and dismissal of Lanham Act and state law claims. In appellate practice, she successfully overturned a District Court ruling on speculative damages.
