About Steven
Steven Schoenfeld has over 30 years of experience in complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, serving as a trusted advisor to clients in state and federal courts, and in mediation and arbitration across the U.S. He has represented debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, and other parties in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. He counsels clients on transactional, litigation, and risk-management matters, and has authored articles and lectured on legal practice. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Corporate Counsel Section of the New York State Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators, and as an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Joint Committee on Fee Disputes and Conciliation. Steven graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and received his law degree from New York University School of Law.
