Martin McCann is a transactional attorney with over 30 years of experience in entity formation, M&A, divestitures, reorganizations, venture capital, private equity, commercial lending, real property, equipment sales/leasing, and technology licensing. A former Certified Public Accountant, he has extensive experience in taxation, assisting businesses with tax-efficient structuring and representing taxpayers in administrative and judicial tax controversies. He holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating (AV Preeminent®) and is licensed in Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, and a James Cooper Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation. He graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law and from Fairfield University.
