After litigating in New York for seven years, Jason took his talents to the West Coast in 2023, and became licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. Jason graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in 2012. Neal Metler was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University, Idaho, and a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Eber grew up in New York City and loves to travel to new places at every opportunity. He has one son, who also loves to travel. Eber sits on the board of the Biddy Mason Charitable Foundation of the First A.M.E. Church, the oldest black church in Los Angeles. Jeffrey Leonard Bomber

Jeffrey Bomber joined McKeen & Associates in 2023. Before joining the firm, he worked on the defense side of healthcare law. He graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law School in 2021, where he was certified in health law and policy; served as a mentor for the Women’s Law Caucus; as a tutor in Civil Procedure; and was a Phi Alpha Delta Legal fraternity member. Tim Masterson joined McCollum Crowley in 2016. For over two decades following his graduation with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School, Tim has successfully defended individuals and business entities in personal injury matters. His practice evolved to include the defense of Class I railroad claims ranging from acute injury and property damage to occupational diseases such as repetitive stress disorders, asbestos related illnesses, and cancers of the blood. As a child of immigrants and as a first-generation citizen, I am deeply passionate about the immigration process. Aiman A. Dvorak

I was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan. That is where I started my legal career. After moving to Kansas City, which for the last decade has become my second home, I pursued a J.D. from the UMKC School of Law. Attorney W. Christopher Freiberg was raised in Northwest Indiana, and later attended Indiana University in Bloomington. After majoring in journalism and minoring in religious studies, he spent several years as a journalist in Indiana, Alaska, and Arkansas. He returned to Indiana to attend law school at Valparaiso University Law School where he was a member of both law review and moot court. During law school, Christopher also externed for two federal judges, mostly working on Social Security Disability appeals.
