Molly specializes in Workers’ Compensation defense. She was in admitted to the Minnesota bar in 2020 and is also licensed in Kentucky. Molly graduated from Augsburg College in 2017 with a B.A. in Biology and earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline Law School. While in law school, she was an editor for Cybaris: An Intellectual Property Law Review and had one of her articles published. During law school and after graduation, she worked for several years representing injured parties at a plaintiff’s law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. She successfully litigated and negotiated favorable results for hundreds of clients. She is looking forward to bringing her experience to a new practice in workers’ compensation and always ensures that her clients receive the best representation.

Steven E. Alfieris

Steven E. Alfieris grew up and has lived in the Central Valley cities of Fresno and Visalia and completed his BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, at California State University at Fresno. He then went onto earn his Juris Doctor degree from San Joaquin College of Law. Steven has worked as in-house counsel for several large companies in the broadcasting industry and agribusiness industries and continues to serve as outside general counsel to several companies in the farming, well drilling, carwash, retail, restaurant, fitness and numerous other service industries. ZitaAnne earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with concentrations of study in Real Estate Transactions and High Technology and International Business Law. While in law school, ZitaAnne clerked at general practice firms throughout Nebraska, and spent a summer clerking in Duluth, Minnesota. She also worked as a research assistant at Nebraska Law, specializing in national space legislation and the Outer Space Treaties. After graduating law school in 2024, ZitaAnne began practice in North Platte, Nebraska. While there, she worked with a broad range of clients, primarily in estate planning, business and corporate law, probate matters, and real estate transactions.
