Avery P. Funk is an associate attorney at Korshak & Associates, P.A., admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024. He handles various cases including Probate, Partitions, Civil litigation, interpleader actions, divorces, guardianships, contracts, and commercial real estate negotiations. He received his B.A. in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2021 and his J.D. from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2024.

Ethan Wolfe concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense, representing clients across Missouri accused of DWI, drug crimes, violent crimes, and more. He was born and raised in New York and earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019. Following law school, he moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where he began his legal career with the Missouri Department of Revenue. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in state regulatory matters, which he then leveraged in his transition to criminal defense with Travis Noble, P.C. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and watching baseball and football and has attended over ten live performances by the band Guster.

While attending the University of Missouri - School of Law, he served as a law clerk for Rogers | Ehrhardt for three years and served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. Matthew was sworn in on September 25th by his father, the Honorable Craig Hellmann of the 20th Judicial Circuit. Matthew joined the firm as an Associate Attorney after passing the July 2025 Missouri Bar.
