Fiorella A. Gasco is a partner in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice. Fiorella specializes in representing homeowners and business owners in property damage and coverage disputes throughout the state. Before joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Fiorella gained experience serving as an associate attorney at a well-respected South Florida defense firm. She has represented insurance companies in auto-accidents and premise liability cases and has several years of experience representing insurance carriers in first party disputes. Fiorella uses this training and experience to ensure maximum recovery for the policy holders she represents. Fiorella received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She went on to attend Florida International University College of Law where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as a Senior Staff Member for the FIU Law Review and was part of the FIU Law Moot Court Team. Marci J. Falco

Marci J. Falco is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After law school, Marci clerked for judges Kevin Black and Daryl Funk in the Shenandoah and Warren County Circuit Courts, respectively. Ana Luisa Mendicuti is a bilingual lawyer graduated from the Autonomous University of Yucatán, Faculty of Law. Sheryl Eisenberg Michalowski is the Co-Director of the Eisenberg & Baum Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, which she co-founded in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate from UIC School of Law in 2019. During law school, Mr. Reategui-Gallegos served as an Associate Justice in the Moot Court Honors Program, and served as a Senior Editor for the law school's newspaper, The Decisive Utterance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reategui-Gallegos worked as a law clerk for a solo practitioner in Chicago, Illinois, where he assisted with conducting research, drafting memorandums, and drafting pleadings for the firm. Mr. Reategui-Gallegos also served as a Hearing Officer for unemployment claims in Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he drafted decisions to determine claimant eligibility. Mr. Reategui-Gallegos most recently served as a mediator for landlord-tenant matters in the Passaic County Superior Court, where he conducted settlement conferences and prepared cases to be reviewed prior to trial.
